Remote Senior Software Engineer

Description:

• Raisely is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to work on robust and performant JavaScript supporting charity fundraisers globally.
• The role involves collaborating with a small team to integrate products, add new features, address tech debt, enhance test coverage, and ensure code quality in production.
• The position focuses on backend development (APIs/databases/authentication) but requires the ability to contribute across the full stack.
• Responsibilities include supporting team members through constructive feedback, handling millions of daily API requests, and scaling code effectively.
• The role offers the opportunity to work remotely, with a focus on covering specific time zones for team collaboration.
• Initial tasks may include optimizing database queries, upgrading account management systems, enhancing security features, and providing feedback on code reviews.

• Must have a track record of shipping code to production and seeing projects through completion.
