Description:

Lark Health is seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer focused on enrollment funnel optimization.
The role involves driving new enrollments through the user enrollment experience as part of a cross-functional team.
Responsibilities include designing and executing ideas to increase user conversion at each step of the enrollment funnel.
The engineer will work on optimizing the frontend enrollment flow and supporting backend systems.
The position requires spearheading experiments and initiatives to improve conversion rates.
The engineer will instrument each step of the funnel to measure and monitor baseline performance.
Setting up AB tests to measure impact and quickly launch positive changes is essential.
The role emphasizes writing automated tests to achieve high code quality through test coverage.
The engineer will support a culture of engineering best practices, focusing on observability, documentation, and risk management.
Mentoring and providing feedback to other engineers through regular code and design reviews is expected.
The engineer will follow and help define coding guidelines to ensure user data security and privacy.

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience with frontend web development using React/Typescript; NextJS experience is a plus.
Experience with backend systems using Typescript and Node is required; Golang experience is a plus.
A strong eye for automated testing to reduce regressions and bugs is necessary.
Familiarity with monitoring and alerting best practices, including technologies like Grafana or Datadog, is a plus.
Previous experience with iterative funnel optimization on a cross-functional team is preferred.
Candidates should have prior experience in a senior or lead-level software engineering role.
Experience deploying services with Kubernetes, Docker, and Lambdas is required.
Knowledge of AWS technologies such as DynamoDB, Lambdas, and EKS is necessary.
