Remote Senior Software Engineer (6 Months Fixed Term)

Description:

• The Senior Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for building an aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly interface to empower borrowers.
• Collaborate with the Product/UX team to enhance the user experience.
• Take ownership of significant parts of the system, showcasing expertise in design and delivery to provide stable, high-quality solutions.
• Work within the AI Disrupt engineering team to develop robust and scalable software, laying the foundation for a resilient technological framework.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices in software development, supporting continuous integration and deployment.
• Lead the engineering team in planning, resource allocation, design, coding, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Take full ownership of the code developed, including proactive debugging, monitoring, and ensuring reliability in the production environment.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Extensive experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies, particularly React.
• Solid knowledge of back-end technologies like Node.js and Koa.
• Experience with distributed systems and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and vendor assessment.
• Proven track record of working with third-party APIs and services.
• Ability to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration skills with a team-oriented attitude.
