Description:

Everbridge is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their team in Hungary for a remote/home-based position.
The role involves working on maintaining and enhancing Travel Risk Management and SaaS-based Critical Event Management platforms.
Responsibilities include collaborating with a team of developers, conducting code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and developing using modern web technologies like C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
The position also involves utilizing platform technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS, troubleshooting and resolving application issues, and implementing new capabilities within the platforms.
The Senior Software Engineer will also collaborate across engineering teams, guide best practices adoption, and stay updated with new skills and technologies.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in .NET full-stack development.
3+ years of experience building scalable web applications with .NET Core, ASP.NET, and MS SQL Server.
3+ years of experience in front-end development using JavaScript or related frameworks like Angular or React.
3+ years of experience with containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
Proven experience in writing scalable, multi-threaded web applications and services.
Hands-on experience with DevOps automation tools and working in a cloud-based deployment environment.
Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or related fields.
