The Senior Software Engineer will join the Care Delivery team and report to the Director of Engineering.
This role is instrumental in enabling medical providers to deliver effective and efficient care for patients.
The engineer will collaborate closely with the product and operations teams to influence and shape the product strategy and roadmap.
Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and releasing experiments and features to enhance member and provider experience and optimize workflows across internal applications.
The engineer will also work with other engineers and stakeholders to optimize successful features and improve overall application performance.
Contributing to a high-performance engineering culture is also a key aspect of the role.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a strong proficiency in working across backend and web frontend applications, demonstrated through prior projects or roles, or equivalent practical experience.
Full-stack experience with Node.js and React is required.
A passion for working in a rapidly growing business with curiosity, humility, humor, and professionalism is essential.
Experience working cross-functionally with other engineers, product managers, and designers is necessary.
Candidates should have the ability to quickly learn new codebases and work with multiple engineering teams and owners to navigate competing priorities and timelines.
An instinctive desire to write quality code, humility to understand and improve existing code, and judgment to make tradeoffs between elegance and efficiency are important traits.
