The Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain web applications to enhance the educational experience for aspiring engineers.
The role involves collaborating with a small team and stakeholders to understand student and staff needs.
The engineer will have opportunities to work on projects using Ruby on Rails and Django, and collaborate with leaders in AI.
Key activities include writing clean code, participating in code reviews, and debugging issues.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years using Ruby on Rails.
A passion for creating great web products is essential.
Experience with Bootstrap Grid or similar CSS/JS frameworks for responsive design is required.
Prior experience in small, scrappier environments is preferred.
Knowledge of PostgreSQL and database design is necessary.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are important.
