The Senior Software Engineer role involves architecting and building robust architecture and efficient data pipelines, working across the technology stack, leading and innovating projects from start to finish.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, with a strong foundation in OOP, functional programming, and software design principles.
Familiarity with diverse architecture patterns, microservice-based designs, and message distribution strategies.
Ability to identify solutions to complex challenges and solve engineering problems elegantly.
Demonstrated history of mastering and applying new technologies effectively.
Experience in running systems at scale and optimizing performance.
Hands-on experience with relational databases and performance optimization strategies.
Experience in project leadership, architecture guidance, and task decomposition.
