Remote Senior Software Engineer

Description:

• The Senior Software Engineer – Operations role at Visa involves providing level 2 and 3 support for Visa's contact center and client support applications.
• The position is based in Austin, USA, and requires expertise in .NET applications support and maintenance within the Cardholder Applications Development team.
• Responsibilities include resolving incidents, maintaining applications, ensuring data privacy requirements, remediating security vulnerabilities, and collaborating with vendors and the Operational Resiliency team.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of work experience with an Advanced Degree in IT or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in developing and supporting full stack solutions.
• Knowledge of frameworks and technologies like .NET, C#, Angular or React, AWS or equivalent cloud technologies, SQL, MongoDB or Kafka, and CI/CD.
• Skills in performance optimization, automated unit testing, excellent communication skills, familiarity with agile methodology, and strong analytical skills.
