Description:

• As a Senior Software Engineer, you will take ownership of shipping core workflows of the product, working closely with product, customer success, and customers to define and execute the roadmap.
• This is a fully remote timezone agnostic role, emphasizing the value of great people regardless of their location.
• The role requires prioritizing customers and revenue, being independently successful, writing simple and easy-to-understand code, driving communication and success, mastering complex industries/domains, and cutting scope to ship fast.
• The ideal candidate is a product-minded engineer, a leader in cutting costs and driving revenue, capable of managing projects independently, edge case-oriented, excellent at proactive communication, and adaptable to technical patterns and standards.
• Required experience includes full stack engineering (using Elixir, Postgres, GraphQL, TypeScript, React), working on contextually complex applications, owning and executing major features, writing high-quality code with effective test coverage, and proactively updating progress with the team.

Requirements:

• Full stack engineering experience, with proficiency in Elixir, Postgres, GraphQL, TypeScript, React.
• Experience working on big contextually complex applications.
• Ability to own and execute major features from start to finish with speed and predictability.
• Proficiency in writing high-quality code with effective test coverage.
• Proven track record of proactively initiating progress and timeline updates with the team.
• Bonus points for experience in developing complex SaaS products, knowledge of the Cannabis industry, and remote work experience on a distributed team.
