Description:

On The Spot Development is seeking a talented, self-driven software engineer to build an AI-based personal knowledge management assistant from scratch.
The engineer will take full ownership of building the product from the ground up.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing core architecture and infrastructure.
The role involves implementing and integrating AI models and external APIs.
The engineer will make technical decisions independently and ensure high code quality.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant experience is required.
Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in Python and either TypeScript or Javascript development.
Proven experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar is necessary.
A general understanding of MCP and A2A protocols is required.
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL is essential.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure is needed.
A solid understanding of software design principles, concurrency, synchronization, memory management, data structures, and algorithms is required.
Candidates must have the ability to prioritize and organize effectively, along with good communication skills.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are essential for this position.
