Remote Senior Software Engineer

Description:

• Tapcheck is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join their engineering teams, focusing on Azure-based web applications and backend systems.
• Two teams are hiring for Senior Software Engineers: Payments & Integrations Engineering and Employee Experience Engineering.
• Responsibilities include designing, developing, and testing applications, providing technical solutions, and ensuring product quality.
• The role involves working on data-processing products, backend services, and APIs to support mobile applications.
• The position requires collaboration with the team, code reviews, integration with various APIs, and support for different environments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of APIs, Databases, system design principles, and patterns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience leading technical projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 7+ years of development experience with C#, RESTful APIs, SQL, and Git.
• 5+ years of experience in public cloud contexts (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Agile SDLC.
• Nice to have: Experience in Financial Technology, Microsoft Azure, and high volume traffic web applications.
