Description:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) to join our Platform Reporting team.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in database optimization to create efficient queries and scalable database designs.
You will design, build, and maintain robust, full-stack reporting solutions that are scalable and user-friendly.
Your work will deliver real-time insights that empower our customers.
You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, analysts, and fellow engineers to shape a reporting experience that meets evolving business needs.
Responsibilities include designing and maintaining scalable full-stack applications, building responsive user interfaces, developing and optimizing back-end services, and leading database performance optimization efforts.
You will also mentor junior engineers, implement CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot production issues, and participate in the Agile development lifecycle.
Requirements:
You must have 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer with strong expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.
Proven experience in database optimization, including query tuning and performance tuning in MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases is essential.
Expertise in front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js is required.
Strong back-end development experience in Node.js, Python, Java, or Go is necessary.
A deep understanding of database design, schema management, and data modeling best practices is expected.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker is important.
You should have a solid understanding of version control (Git), continuous integration, and automated testing.
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills are required, along with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or New Relic is a plus.
Nice to have: familiarity with microservices architecture, knowledge of serverless technologies, experience in Agile environments, and knowledge of AdTech.
