The role of Senior Software Engineer involves working in an established product team focused on new feature development and improving delivery and technical expertise.
The engineer will collaborate with various cross-functional disciplines to bring the best ideas to reality and will have autonomy over technical decisions and implementation approaches.
Responsibilities include utilizing real-time logs and metrics to monitor product performance, enhancing a diverse engineering culture, and sharing knowledge in a continuous learning environment.
The engineer will be accountable for the whole product, including feature ideation, development, defining team processes, maintaining the full stack, building CI/CD pipelines, and optimizing UX and performance across devices.

Requirements:

Candidates should have experience working in diverse cross-functional agile teams and a willingness to collaborate with Designers, Analysts, and Product Owners.
A deep understanding of modern Web Development, including HTTP, the Browser, Node, CSS, Typescript, and React is required.
Experience with serverless approaches and AWS cloud technologies such as Serverless Framework, Lambda, SQS, and API gateways via Terraform and CI/CD pipelines is essential.
A pragmatic approach to delivering effective solutions to business and consumer challenges is necessary.
Candidates should be passionate about the product life cycle and improving customer lifetime value through enhanced accessibility and user experience.
