Description:

3Aware is seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and install software solutions.
The successful candidate will build high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software in compliance with coding standards and technical design.
Responsibilities include designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications.
The role involves supporting and/or installing software applications and operating systems.
Participation in testing through test review and analysis, test witnessing, and software certification is required.
The candidate must work independently with little supervision and have the ability to prioritize well.
Clear communication skills and a consistent track record of delivery are essential.
The role requires excellent software engineering skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Requirements:

A four-year degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
The candidate must have 4+ years of experience with software design and development.
A minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in Java and React development is necessary.
Experience in developing modern web user interfaces is required.
Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential.
Professional skills in working with various relational database systems are needed.
The ability to work both independently and in small team environments is required.
