Remo Health is hiring multiple Software Engineers at various levels, including a Senior Software Engineer.
The company focuses on improving dementia care by providing personalized, comprehensive support for individuals living with dementia and their caregivers.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will own critical features across the platform, including backend services, APIs, data models, and frontend interfaces.
You will work in a collaborative team environment to build scalable, secure, and user-centered products that support clinicians, patients, and caregivers.
Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining full-stack features using technologies such as TypeScript, React, Next.js, GraphQL, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
You will collaborate with product and design teams to create impactful products, integrate APIs, participate in technical planning, and write automated tests.
The role requires proactive identification of performance issues and responding to production challenges.

Requirements:

Candidates should have 4-10 years of engineering experience with proficiency in React and TypeScript, as well as strong backend experience in Node.js, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.
Experience working with FHIR is required.
A proven track record of shipping secure, performant, and accessible products in production environments is essential.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and CI/CD tooling is necessary.
Candidates should possess a collaborative, product-minded approach and enjoy solving real-world problems.
Strong testing discipline using tools like Jest, Playwright, and end-to-end frameworks is required.
Experience in HIPAA-compliant environments, healthcare integrations, or startup settings is preferred.
