Description:

  • Remo Health is hiring multiple Software Engineers at various levels, including a Senior Software Engineer.
  • The company focuses on improving dementia care by providing personalized, comprehensive support for individuals living with dementia and their caregivers.
  • As a Senior Software Engineer, you will own critical features across the platform, including backend services, APIs, data models, and frontend interfaces.
  • You will work in a collaborative team environment to build scalable, secure, and user-centered products that support clinicians, patients, and caregivers.
  • Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining full-stack features using technologies such as TypeScript, React, Next.js, GraphQL, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
  • You will collaborate with product and design teams to create impactful products, integrate APIs, participate in technical planning, and write automated tests.
  • The role requires proactive identification of performance issues and responding to production challenges.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have 4-10 years of engineering experience with proficiency in React and TypeScript, as well as strong backend experience in Node.js, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience working with FHIR is required.
  • A proven track record of shipping secure, performant, and accessible products in production environments is essential.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and CI/CD tooling is necessary.
  • Candidates should possess a collaborative, product-minded approach and enjoy solving real-world problems.
  • Strong testing discipline using tools like Jest, Playwright, and end-to-end frameworks is required.
  • Experience in HIPAA-compliant environments, healthcare integrations, or startup settings is preferred.
