Description:

  • The Engineering Team at Rithum focuses on improving processes, quality, and techniques to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • The team follows a DevOps culture and emphasizes operational excellence, continuous delivery, and a Lean approach to product development.
  • The Senior Software Engineer will collaborate with Product/User Experience designers, mentor team members, participate in requirements gathering, design, implementation, and peer code reviews.
  • Primary technologies include C#, .NET, Github, Azure DevOps, SOAP/REST web service APIs, Redis, NoSQL, and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Secondary technologies include Typescript/React, Angular, AWS services, CI/CD tools/pipelines, and scaling applications in AWS and on-premise.
  • The position requires at least 3-5 years of experience in C#, strong communication skills, web application development experience, and the ability to work independently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience developing in C#.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Experience developing web applications, working with databases, and consuming APIs.
  • Understanding of relevant software development tools including version control, build processes, and test frameworks.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Experience with cloud computing infrastructures such as AWS or Azure.
  • Use of source code repositories such as Azure DevOps and Git.
  • Experience working with SQL Server databases.
  • Proven ability to create secure and scalable software for high scale systems.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
