The Engineering Team at Rithum focuses on improving processes, quality, and techniques to deliver high-quality software solutions.
The team follows a DevOps culture and emphasizes operational excellence, continuous delivery, and a Lean approach to product development.
The Senior Software Engineer will collaborate with Product/User Experience designers, mentor team members, participate in requirements gathering, design, implementation, and peer code reviews.
Primary technologies include C#, .NET, Github, Azure DevOps, SOAP/REST web service APIs, Redis, NoSQL, and Microsoft SQL Server.
Secondary technologies include Typescript/React, Angular, AWS services, CI/CD tools/pipelines, and scaling applications in AWS and on-premise.
The position requires at least 3-5 years of experience in C#, strong communication skills, web application development experience, and the ability to work independently.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years experience developing in C#.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Experience developing web applications, working with databases, and consuming APIs.
Understanding of relevant software development tools including version control, build processes, and test frameworks.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Experience with cloud computing infrastructures such as AWS or Azure.
Use of source code repositories such as Azure DevOps and Git.
Experience working with SQL Server databases.
Proven ability to create secure and scalable software for high scale systems.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
