Description:
Webflow is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Webflow Labs team, focusing on developing new products that advance visual development.
The role is full-time, permanent, and remote-first for the United States and specific regions in Canada.
The Senior Software Engineer will report to the Chief Architect and work on prototyping new software development workflows and services.
Responsibilities include developing new capabilities and extensions on top of the core Webflow product using technologies like Javascript, React.js, Node.js, GraphQL, MongoDB, and AWS.
The position involves collaborating with the team to identify high-impact opportunities, driving technical initiatives, and engaging in rapid feedback cycles from customers.

Requirements:
Candidates should have 3-5+ years of experience in scalable, multi-tenant environments and 1+ year of experience owning a larger application or system.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable steering the strategic direction of a product, have experience across the full software engineering stack (Frontend, Backend, Infra), and with cloud services like edge compute, CDNs, and distributed data stores.
Experience with internet scale architectures and workloads is required.
