Requirements:

Candidates must have hands-on experience in web development.
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer is required.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Rust, or Golang is necessary, along with experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
A strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and the ability to build scalable, maintainable systems is essential.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
The ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, is crucial for delivering high-impact products in fast-paced environments.
Candidates should have a history of influencing others outside of their team.
A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required.
Bonus points for proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript and experience with modern frameworks such as Django or Flask.
Professional experience with video streaming technologies and familiarity with Agile development methodologies are also advantageous.
