As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the creation of innovative software solutions and take charge of designing, building, and improving technology.
Your responsibilities include coding, code reviews, designing software systems, mentoring junior engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, contributing to technical planning, maintaining documentation, and driving the team’s technical direction.
The salary range for this position is $150,000-$160,000.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or demonstrable work experience is required.
Candidates must have 5+ years of professional software development experience, including hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying software.
Evidence of increasing responsibilities in current or previous roles is necessary.
Candidates should possess soft skills such as resilience, attention to detail, passion for the job, time management, critical thinking, effective communication, collaboration, adaptability, and leadership.
