Cargado, an early stage technology startup, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their team focused on revolutionizing U.S.-Mexico cross-border logistics.
The company, founded by experienced entrepreneurs Matt Silver and Rylan Hawkins, aims to simplify the complexities of freight moving across the border and create a more reliable and connected supply chain.
The Senior Software Engineer will work across all aspects of the platform and product roadmap, building, testing, and deploying world-class software to add value to the customer base.
Responsibilities include designing the technical platform, building tools to empower other engineers, collaborating with stakeholders, leading technical projects, and analyzing data to develop insights and solve problems.

Requirements:

4+ years of hands-on product engineering development experience is required for this role.
The ideal candidate should have a strong engineering background and be passionate about product quality.
Experience with system design, full stack development languages like Typescript, and front-end frameworks such as React is necessary.
Proficiency in working in cloud environments, specifically AWS, is a must.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with loosely defined tasks and competing priorities, typical of an early engineering team, is essential.

Competitive salary range of $150K - $200K.
