Reveal Health Tech is an early-stage IT startup based in the US and India, focused on leveraging technology to deliver transformative healthcare solutions.
The Senior Software Engineer position is a remote opportunity based in India, with working hours from 4 PM IST to 12 AM IST, ideally aligning with 11:30 AM PST.
The role involves working with a cross-functional team on the development and scaling of a high-profile Gen AI product for a large biotechnology company.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and optimizing data workflows, infrastructure, and APIs to support new feature development and refine existing workflows.
Key responsibilities include architecting and deploying efficient, scalable ETL pipelines, maintaining backend architecture, creating infrastructure components, establishing automated testing and monitoring solutions, collaborating with teams, and documenting technical decisions.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is required.
Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, and additional data processing languages is essential.
Experience with ETL tools such as Apache Spark and Airflow, as well as data modeling and data warehousing, is necessary.
Proficiency in AWS services like EC2, Lambda, RDS, and Glue for data processing and back-end applications is required.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions) and containerization using Docker is important.
Ideally, candidates should have familiarity with ML/Gen AI services and libraries, such as AWS SageMaker, AWS Bedrock, and PyTorch.
A proven track record as an independent contributor in an agile team, capable of delivering complex solutions with minimal supervision, is required.
Experience in healthcare or life sciences is a plus.
