Description:

As a Senior Software Engineer - AEM Specialist, you will drive technical excellence in AEM implementations.
You will architect scalable solutions and build high-performance digital experiences.
This role involves hands-on work with advanced AEM technologies while guiding and mentoring teams.
Responsibilities include designing and developing enterprise-grade AEM applications using best practices and patterns.
You will create reusable AEM components and templates tailored to business requirements.
Implementing complex workflows and custom functionalities using AEM’s core frameworks is essential.
You will develop integration solutions with enterprise systems and third-party APIs.
Ensuring high performance, scalability, and secure AEM implementations is a key responsibility.
Providing technical mentorship and establishing AEM coding standards for team members is expected.
You will lead code reviews and architectural discussions to maintain quality.
Optimizing AEM performance, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and conducting security assessments are part of the role.
Troubleshooting production issues and implementing preventive measures will be required.
Collaboration with stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions is essential.

Requirements:

You must have 5+ years of AEM development experience, preferably with AEM 6.5 or higher.
Expert knowledge of AEM architecture, including Sling, OSGi, JCR, and Dispatcher, is required.
Strong expertise in Java (Java 11+), AEM APIs, and AEM Forms/Sites development is necessary.
A solid understanding of AEM security, caching mechanisms, and CI/CD practices is essential.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and headless CMS architectures is required.
Knowledge of digital asset management systems and Adobe I/O Events integration is necessary.
Advanced debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills are required.
