As a Senior Software Engineer, you will contribute to the development of features and make architectural decisions as the company scales.

Requirements:

You must have 5+ years of engineering experience.
A strong interest in the product-focused application of ML/AI is essential, as this role is production-focused.
Exceptional technical proficiency in at least one programming language, particularly Python or TypeScript, is required.
You should understand ML concepts such as supervised, unsupervised, and self-supervised learning, as well as neural networks and deep learning.
Familiarity with modern ML/AI technologies, including natural language processing (NLP) and LLMs, is necessary.
Experience in architecting systems and data pipelines for document-heavy data sets is required.
You should have experience in developing, testing, evaluating, and deploying ML models.
Collaboration on product strategy and UX is essential.
Experience in shaping an early-stage tech stack and engineering organization is required.
