Remote Senior Software Engineer, AI

Description:

• The Senior Software Engineer specializing in AI & Machine Learning will be responsible for integrating and deploying pre-trained language models into the fitness platform to provide personalized experiences.
• They will develop APIs and backend infrastructure to support AI-powered features, optimize AI models for performance and cost-efficiency, and implement fine-tuning techniques for specific use cases.
• Collaboration with product and design teams to prototype new AI-driven features, design MLOps practices, and mentor other engineers on adopting AI technologies are key responsibilities.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on AI/ML engineering for at least 3 years.
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience in deploying and scaling machine learning models in a production environment.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools, API design, cloud platforms, and modern software engineering practices.
• Excellent communication skills and a degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field is a plus.
