The role involves designing and developing scalable full-stack applications using Python for the backend and React for the frontend.
Responsibilities include implementing and optimizing RESTful APIs, microservices, and database schemas using PostgreSQL.
The candidate will write clean, maintainable code and comprehensive tests while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
The role also includes conducting code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and evaluating and improving development processes.
The engineer will research and implement new technologies to enhance our tech stack and lead best practices for performance, security, and scalability.

Requirements:

The candidate must have 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on backend development.
Proficiency in Python, React, and modern JavaScript is required.
Experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask, and frontend frameworks like React and Next.js is necessary.
A solid understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and PostgreSQL is essential.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines is expected.
Knowledge of and experience with AI tools and their integration into software development processes is important.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor team members are required.
Excellent communication skills and experience working in agile environments are necessary.
