Description:

The Senior Software Engineer will be part of the Monitoring & Alerting team, focusing on building AI-enhanced products at Fullstory.
This role can be performed remotely anywhere within the United States.
The engineer will architect and advocate for the infrastructure needed to support AI-related applications.
Responsibilities include leading the team to implement AI-related architecture and researching, experimenting with, and deploying LLM-powered features.
The position involves developing backend systems, working with vector databases, and managing data models for efficient AI representation and parsing.
The engineer will collaborate with design, product management, and other engineers to enhance AI features to better serve customer needs.

Requirements:

Candidates must have proven experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining autonomous AI systems in production, including LLMs or RAG systems.
A strong interest and track record in staying updated with the latest developments in the AI space is required.
Proficiency and experience in a backend programming language such as Go, C++, Rust, or Java are necessary.
Experience in data preprocessing, data mining, and data analysis is required.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is mandatory.
Expertise in database design, implementation, and optimization is considered a nice to have.
