Mediafly is the leading revenue enablement platform that helps market-facing teams plan, predict, coach, and engage effectively.
The company is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in fullstack development and experience in building or integrating AI-driven systems.
In this role, the engineer will design, build, and optimize AI-powered features while contributing to the overall product stack.
The position involves close collaboration with product, design, and infrastructure teams to deliver impactful capabilities and shape technical direction.
This is an individual contributor role with a broad scope, influencing architecture and tackling complex engineering challenges.
Responsibilities include designing and integrating AI workflows, optimizing LLM-powered features, building scalable web application features, and leading all portions of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
The engineer will also mentor other engineers and ensure engineering quality in solutions.

Requirements:

Candidates must have fluency in fullstack development, particularly with Python, Node.js, and React, and experience in maintaining production-grade systems.
Hands-on experience with AI systems, including AI agents, AI-powered search, and RAG pipelines, is required.
Proven ability to design scalable, distributed, and robust systems is essential.
Strong collaboration and communication skills are necessary, with a focus on open discussions and feedback.
A curious and problem-solving mindset is important, with a passion for optimizing complex systems.
A product mindset is required, with an understanding of the business impact and user experience of the work being done.
Versatility and leadership skills are needed to switch between research initiatives and hands-on execution.
Experience with DevOps, particularly with AWS, is a nice-to-have.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 per year.
