Jobgether is seeking a talented and product-focused Senior Software Engineer - Android to join a fast-growing team in the United States.
The role involves designing and building engaging, high-performance features for fantasy and sports betting applications used by millions of users.
Responsibilities include developing, testing, and maintaining clean, scalable Android applications using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and MVVM architecture.
The engineer will collaborate with product managers and designers to define and implement innovative features.
Participation in the entire product lifecycle from concept to release is expected.
The role requires ensuring high performance and responsiveness under heavy usage.
The engineer will contribute to improving team processes, code quality, and development standards.
Mentoring junior engineers and actively participating in code reviews is also part of the job.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 4+ years focused on Android development.
Proficiency in Kotlin, Android Studio, Jetpack Compose, and MVVM architecture is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and a product-first mindset are essential.
Excellent collaboration and communication abilities across technical and non-technical teams are necessary.
Experience with testing frameworks like Espresso is required.
A background in sports gaming or betting, as well as experience with DataDog, Amplitude, or building for large-scale user platforms, is a bonus.

The position offers a base salary range of $150,000 to $190,000, plus target equity.
