Description:

The API Platform team is responsible for core functions of Sift’s Digital Trust & Safety platform, including bulk scoring, routing, and reporting on business metrics.
The team focuses on creating a seamless, accurate, and fast solution for identifying and stopping fraud at scale.
The technical stack includes Java 11, GCP, Kubernetes, BigTable, Kafka, Dropwizard, Postgres, MongoDb, and gRPC.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience building distributed backend systems using Java.
A minimum of 3+ years of experience designing and delivering highly-available services is required.
Experience with RESTful services, API design, and web technologies is necessary.
Candidates should have experience with data pipelines.
A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a team-first, product-first mindset are essential.
