Description:
Dune is a collaborative multi-chain analytics platform focused on making crypto data accessible.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will ensure a world-class experience for users on dune.com.
The application is built using Typescript, Next.js on the client side, and NodeJS on the server side via GraphQL, hosted on Vercel and AWS.
You will collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to develop and launch features that enhance user interactions.
Responsibilities include optimizing application performance, enhancing content browsing experiences, writing high-quality TypeScript code, mentoring junior engineers, and championing best practices in software development.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a back-end engineer with a strong foundation in computer science and software engineering principles is required.
You should have demonstrated the ability to lead projects and drive software development cycles from inception to deployment.
Extensive experience with cloud-based infrastructure management, specifically AWS and Kubernetes, is necessary.
You must have experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications.
Expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and GraphQL is required, along with familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as Next.js.
Experience in optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and reliability is essential.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills are needed, especially in a fully distributed team environment.
An entrepreneurial spirit, strong problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach to software development are important.
