Responsibilities include driving the technical roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing end-to-end feature releases and platform enhancements.
The role requires active participation in the technical design process, contributing to feature design, development, testing, and delivery of cloud platforms and web applications.
Engineers will support all parts of the platform, from the database to the frontend, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

The position involves driving daily engineering releases and performing production support duties occasionally.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience is required.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in the software development lifecycle is necessary.
Experience in building and deploying full stack web applications is essential.
Proficiency in backend development using Java, Groovy, or Python is required.
Familiarity with React, Javascript, and TypeScript is a plus.
Experience with test frameworks such as Cypress, Jest, Mocha, JUnit, or Cucumber is advantageous but not mandatory.
Knowledge of NoSQL technologies is a plus but not required.
Prior experience in healthcare and life sciences is beneficial but not necessary.
Candidates should be team players interested in a fast-paced startup environment.

The salary range for this position is between $140,000 and $165,000 annually.
