Responsibilities include end-to-end feature releases, supporting the technical design process, and contributing to feature design, development, testing, and delivery of cloud platforms and web applications.
The role also involves supporting all parts of the platform from the database to the frontend and implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
A commitment to testing, quality, and attention to detail is essential, along with maintaining healthcare security.
Mentorship for junior engineers is encouraged within the team.

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience working on software development teams and building full stack web applications.
A passion for building quality products and owning product development end-to-end is required.
Collaboration with product and design teams to create high-quality user experiences for healthcare practitioners is essential.
Familiarity with software development practices such as version control, unit testing, and CI/CD is necessary.
A Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience is required.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in the software development lifecycle is mandatory.
Backend experience using Java, Python, or Groovy is required.
Experience with React and Javascript is necessary, and TypeScript knowledge is a plus.
Hands-on experience with test frameworks like Cypress, Jest, Mocha, JUnit, or Cucumber is a plus but not required.
Experience with NoSQL technologies is required, and prior experience in healthcare and life sciences is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $145,000 to $165,000 annually.
The total benefits package includes health insurance, a 401k plan, and a bonus.
