Remote Senior Software Engineer- Architect

Description:

• The Senior Software Engineer-Architect will be responsible for owning and driving the design, planning, and implementation of new product features on the Verifiable SaaS platform.
• They will ensure alignment between platform and Salesforce teams on solution approach and execution.
• The role involves ensuring scalability and extensibility of new features, reviewing pull requests, and safeguarding code quality.
• Collaborating with other engineering leads on work planning and execution is a key responsibility.
• The Senior Software Engineer-Architect will also own technical documentation, mentor team members on code maintainability, security, and efficiency, and identify potential future technical problems and bottlenecks that need to be addressed.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in software development roles with progressive growth.
• Experience acting as a tech lead or staff engineer, providing guidance and mentorship to one or more engineering teams.
• Experience building or scaling high-load SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with the Salesforce platform.
• Experience building integrations between Salesforce ecosystem and 3rd party APIs (nice-to-have).
• Experience interacting with, supporting, or building & maintaining Salesforce packages (nice-to-have).
• Strong critical thinking skills and attention to details.
• Must be humble, collaborative, and self-aware.
