The Senior Software Engineer will be a technical leader, driving the design and development of major features and systems for a cloud-based SaaS platform.
Responsibilities include leading the design and development of major features, architecting complex solutions, mentoring other engineers, and collaborating with product leadership.

This position is fully remote and located in Vietnam.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent is typically required.
Experience in e-commerce, particularly with Shopify, is a plus.
Expert-level proficiency in at least one frontend framework (React preferred) and experience with advanced UI concepts is necessary.
Expert-level proficiency in at least one backend language (Node.js preferred) and experience with microservices architecture is required.
A deep understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns is essential.
Proven experience in designing and building large-scale, distributed systems is needed.
Extensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) is required.
Strong experience with DevOps practices and tools is necessary.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are essential.
Proven ability to mentor and guide other engineers is required.
Experience with performance tuning, security hardening, and system monitoring is necessary.
Experience leading and influencing technical direction within a team or organization is required.
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
