The Senior Software Engineer position is a full-time remote role based in Lima, Lima with Talent2Win LATAM – Atlas.

Requirements:

Candidates must have five or more years of professional software development experience.
A minimum of three years of experience with the specified tech stack is required.
Candidates should also have at least three years of experience working with AWS or a comparable cloud environment.
Experience working across the web stack, from UI to infrastructure, is necessary; while expertise in the entire stack is not required, productivity across it is expected.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
The candidate should demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with product and design teams to understand user needs and create technical designs that address those needs.
The role requires providing technical leadership to help other engineers improve and increase their productivity.
