Description:

LTK is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Backend for their Brand Platform, with a focus on empowering premium lifestyle creators.
The position is remote and aims to innovate and disrupt the industry while providing opportunities for career growth.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in building large-scale web applications and systems, primarily working with Go or other programming languages.
Responsibilities include analyzing complex problems, designing scalable systems, and ensuring alignment of technical decisions with business objectives.
The role involves working on social media integrations, infrastructure development, and data management to enhance collaborations between creators and brands.
The candidate will be part of an agile scrum team, contributing to process improvements and maintaining a strong sense of ownership over their work.

Requirements:

A minimum of 8 years of software development experience in backend engineering is required.
Proven experience in designing and building highly scalable distributed systems in a cloud environment, particularly with AWS services like ECS, Lambda, and RDS.
Proficiency in writing services in Golang or other compiled languages such as C++ or Java is essential.
Experience in building scalable internal and public-facing APIs and integrating third-party APIs is necessary.
Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, as well as relational and non-relational databases, is required.
Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with big data, asynchronous eventing patterns, and observability tools like Datadog or Grafana is preferred.
Knowledge of microservices architecture, machine learning, and data analytics concepts is a plus.
Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum or Kanban frameworks, is expected.
