Remote Senior Software Engineer (Backend)

Description:

• The Senior Software Engineer (Backend) will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to develop key features for the Nourish telenutrition platform.
• Responsibilities include designing and implementing robust backend solutions, improving engineering processes, contributing to project planning and execution, and maintaining the codebase.
• The tech stack includes React, React Native, Typescript, NodeJS, Express, TailwindCSS, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and AWS/AppRunner.

Requirements:

• Must have 5+ years of industry experience as a software engineer.
• Interest in early-stage startups and recent experience with the tech stack used by Nourish.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly, work independently, and contribute positively to the team, product, and customer impact.
• Passion for engineering and the end-to-end product development process, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required for this position.
