Responsibilities include integrating AI assistant features across the whole Camunda user experience, allowing users to create, investigate, and customize their process orchestration journey.
Participate in designing AI platform initiatives and shaping the BYOM (Bring Your Own Model) initiative, allowing customers to configure their own AI providers for copilot initiatives in both SaaS and Self-Managed environments.

Requirements:

Ability and/or willingness to use Camunda's product.
Extensive experience working with Java (5 years or more).
Familiarity with LLMs APIs and understanding of their offerings.
Strong analytical problem-solving and root-causing skills.
A high degree of curiosity and passion about the work.
Ability to take ownership of the codebase, as well as how to deploy and operate software, embracing the “you build it, you run it” mindset.
Experience working on a software product in a start-up or scale-up environment.

Competitive compensation based on skills and experience, typically placing candidates in the first half of the salary range to ensure growth potential.
Annual Total Target Cash Compensation ranges from $131,200.00 to $196,800.00 in the United States, €87,300.00 to €130,900.00 in Germany, £85,000.00 to £127,500.00 in the United Kingdom, and S$162,900.00 to S$244,400.00 in Singapore.
Equity options may be available in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan.
