Description:

LTK is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Backend, Brand Platform, to work remotely in the United States.
The mission of LTK is to empower premium lifestyle Creators to achieve maximum economic success.
The role involves building and delivering solutions to real problems, requiring a holistic approach and creative solutions.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in building large-scale web applications and systems, with a focus on aligning technical decisions with business objectives.
The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to solve complex customer-facing projects.
Responsibilities include architecting scalable systems, mentoring junior team members, and driving innovation through the adoption of new technologies.
The candidate will work on problem spaces such as social media integrations, infrastructure development, and data management to enhance Creator and Brand collaborations.

Requirements:

A minimum of 6 years of software development experience is required.
Proven experience in designing and building highly scalable distributed systems in a cloud environment.
Proficiency in AWS systems such as ECS, Lambda, and RDS is necessary.
Experience with containerization technologies, preferably Docker, is required.
Strong programming skills in Golang or other compiled languages (C++, Java, etc.) are essential.
Experience in building scalable internal and public-facing APIs (REST, JSON, HTTP) is required.
Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs (REST, OAuth) is necessary.
The candidate should be comfortable shipping code multiple times per day.
Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills are essential.
Experience with big data and asynchronous eventing patterns is required.
Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL) and non-relational data stores (DynamoDB, Cassandra) is necessary.
Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog or Grafana is required.
Understanding of microservices architecture and machine learning concepts is preferred.
Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum or Kanban, is necessary.
