Qualified is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for their PipelineAI platform, a SaaS solution designed to enhance pipeline generation for B2B companies using AI and automation.
The Engineering Team at Qualified is focused on developing cutting-edge products using advanced technologies like Large Language Models (LLM) to automatically engage and convert valuable website visitors into leads.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for building scalable backend systems, incorporating AI technologies, and developing ETL pipelines to manage and standardize data efficiently.
You will work closely with customers to gather feedback and continuously improve the platform, upholding high standards of engineering and code quality.
The position involves mentoring fellow engineers, championing product-focused values, and contributing to the team's culture and future growth.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in building modern web applications, with a focus on AI/ML technologies, and proficiency in programming languages like Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Python, or Go.
Hands-on experience in AI-driven application development, data-focused backend development, ETL processes, and RAG models.
Knowledge of LLM evaluation metrics, SQL, RDBMS (preferably PostgreSQL), and data warehousing solutions.
Strong software engineering practices, including coding, unit testing, code reviews, and design documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
Business skills include a passion for crafting innovative solutions, user-centric product development, and experience working with Agile methodologies.
