Qualified is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to advance its PipelineAI platform, which is designed to enhance inbound website conversions for B2B companies using AI and automation.
The engineering team focuses on developing an enterprise-grade SaaS platform powered by AI, utilizing advanced technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs).
The role involves building systems that improve data interpretation and language processing, developing foundational frameworks, and creating scalable, reliable building blocks for the data platform.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining scalable backend systems, incorporating AI technologies, architecting ETL pipelines, ensuring product stability and performance, and mentoring fellow engineers.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in data-centric backend development and ETL processes.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Python, or Go is required.

Strong software engineering practices, including coding, unit testing, code reviews, and design documentation, are essential.
