• Qualified is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for their PipelineAI platform, a SaaS solution designed to enhance pipeline generation for B2B companies using AI and automation.
• The Engineering Team at Qualified is focused on developing cutting-edge products powered by AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs), to automatically engage and convert valuable website visitors into leads.
• As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for building scalable backend systems, incorporating AI technologies, and developing ETL pipelines to manage and standardize data efficiently.
• The role involves maintaining product stability, scalability, and continuous improvement, while mentoring fellow engineers and upholding engineering excellence standards.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in building modern web applications, with a recent focus on AI/ML technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Python, or Go.
• Hands-on experience in AI-driven application development, including model training, deployment, and evaluation.
• Strong background in data-focused backend development, ETL processes, and RAG models.
• Knowledge of LLM evaluation metrics and statistical analysis, SQL, RDBMS (preferably PostgreSQL), and data warehousing solutions.
• Strong software engineering practices, including coding, unit testing, code reviews, and design documentation.
• B.S. or higher in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
