This role impacts the lives of clients and users by making data-driven decisions to ensure the efficiency, stability, and performance of applications.
Responsibilities include producing high-quality, documented, efficient, and maintainable code, improving observability and monitoring, and enhancing the technical aspects of team members.
The engineer will also engage in design and architecture discussions, propose architectural solutions, estimate timelines for deliverables, and work with ambiguous requirements to define solutions.
The role involves leading projects, mentoring team members, and participating in recruitment processes for engineers.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is required.
Professional experience in software engineering using Java or Kotlin is necessary.
Experience in architecture and development of distributed systems is required.
Familiarity with technologies such as Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar is essential.
Experience with both relational and non-relational databases is required.
Clear and effective communication skills are necessary.
Advanced or fluent English proficiency is required.
Preferred qualifications include a Master's or PhD in Computer Science or related fields, experience with microservices and event-driven architectures, and familiarity with gRPC, Protocol Buffers, or similar technologies.
