Description:

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs for an IAM platform with a focus on high performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build product features meeting business objectives and security standards.
Develop, maintain, and scale Graph features supporting actionable customer intelligence.
Implement logging, monitoring, and auditing capabilities for visibility and compliance.
Continuously optimize the IAM platform's performance, security, and scalability.
Stay updated on industry trends in identity and access management to drive innovation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in backend software development focusing on data modeling, data management, identity, security, or related areas.
Proficiency in programming languages like Golang, Kotlin, Java.
Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
Knowledge of graph database systems, graph traversal patterns, and database technologies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
