Remote Senior Software Engineer - Backend (Graph)

Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs for an IAM platform with a focus on high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build product features meeting business objectives and security standards.
• Develop, maintain, and scale Graph features supporting actionable customer intelligence.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and auditing capabilities for visibility and compliance.
• Continuously optimize the IAM platform's performance, security, and scalability.
• Stay updated on industry trends in identity and access management to drive innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in backend software development focusing on data modeling, data management, identity, security, or related areas.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Golang, Kotlin, Java.
• Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Knowledge of graph database systems, graph traversal patterns, and database technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
