Human Interest is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Backend for their Portfolio Management team.

Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in building and maintaining backend software.

Ability to mentor other engineers, write clean, performant, and maintainable code, and make informed engineering tradeoff decisions.
Formal training in computer science or a related discipline (Bachelors or Masters preferred).
Proactive and empathetic mindset, eager to solve problems for customers.

Competitive base salary ranging from $190,000 to $210,000, with additional compensation components like bonus, commission, and equity.
