Description:

As a Senior BE & AI Engineer at Aircall, you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and operating business-critical AI features that enhance customer value on top of Voice.
You will participate in requirements analysis to provide the right technical and business solutions for customers.
Propose innovative solutions based on AI landscape trends.
Have key responsibilities in designing, architecting, and delivering AI key modules.
Write clean, scalable code, test, and deploy applications and systems.
Revise, update, refactor, and debug code.
Mentor team members and be part of an engineering organization delivering high-quality, secure voice solutions to Aircall clients.
Be involved in product and platform performance optimization and live site monitoring.

Requirements:

Must have AI experience, including knowledge about LLMs (GPT, Mistral, Llama, Claude, etc.), AI frameworks (Langchain, LlamaIndex, Auto Gen, etc.), and AI architectures (RAG, reranking, etc).
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in back-end development in a large scale, preferably typed language (Typescript/Node.js, Java, Scala), with experience in Javascript, Ruby, or Python, focusing on security, scalability, availability, and performance.
Nice to have experience working with AWS in a production environment and understanding how to design for, deploy on, and optimize the environment and services provided by Amazon.
