Description:
- The Senior Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for writing code and building the architecture supporting Felix's digital healthcare ecosystem.
- They will manage the back-end system, applications, and database that power the website.
- Collaborate with Product & Design and Client Experience teams to deliver innovative products and experiences.
- Improve platform reliability through testing, observability, and monitoring.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements:
- Must have 4+ years of experience as a backend software engineer building scalable web applications.
- Familiarity with PHP/Laravel, JavaScript, and Vue.
- Leadership skills in unblocking and leading development teams.
- Clear communication and collaboration with Product.
- Comfort with ambiguity, problem-solving, and moving projects forward.
