The Billing & Expansion team simplifies the evaluation, purchasing, and management of W&B subscriptions to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead initiatives in pricing, licensing, and billing infrastructure, impacting customer and internal team engagement with products.
Responsibilities include designing and maintaining a scalable billing platform, collaborating with various teams to develop features, mentoring fellow engineers, enhancing data models for billing processes, and developing tools for internal teams.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
A strong foundation in software engineering and knowledge of at least one modern programming language (Python, Go, Typescript, etc.) is required.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, Finance, and GTM teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful features is essential.
A commitment to a customer-first mindset and the ability to balance long-term and short-term objectives is necessary.
Experience in payment/metering systems is a plus.
