Remote Senior Software Engineer (C++)

Description:

Join a team working on an enterprise-level system for secure merchant transactions
Work on critical system components such as data collection, fraud detection, authentication, and transaction authorization
Contribute to solutions that enable secure transactions for 150,000+ merchants globally
Participate in full SDLC using agile processes like Scrum and Kanban
Collaborate with senior-level specialists to develop impactful solutions
Improve English skills through daily communication with English-speaking colleagues

Strong proficiency in C++ on Linux with good knowledge of the language specification
Familiarity with standard library, STL containers, and algorithms
General understanding of AWS or other cloud providers
Intermediate proficiency in Linux OS (preferably RHEL, CentOS, or Ubuntu)
Intermediate SQL skills (preferably Oracle) for queries, scripts, and stored procedures
Hands-on experience with Oracle DB (v.11 or 12) and Amazon RDS
Experience with CMake, Visual Studio Code, or similar IDEs
Event-driven programming experience
Ability to work with large code bases
Knowledge of diverse architectures, patterns, and programming paradigms
Intermediate+ level of English
