Description:

Rev is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their dynamic team and contribute to the development of their SaaS platform.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building scalable, high-performing software solutions using a variety of technologies and frameworks.
As a senior full stack engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain applications that are integral to the SaaS platform.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features that enhance user experience and drive business growth.
Your expertise will help shape the future of Rev's products and the remote labor industry at large.
Responsibilities include full stack development, API and data streaming, backend services, frontend development, database management, cross-functional collaboration, mentorship and code quality, third-party integration, and continuous learning.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in full-stack development, with a proven track record of successful project delivery is necessary.
Proficiency in building applications using GraphQL, ASP.NET, and React is essential.
A strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices is required.
Experience with system design and scalability, particularly in building high-volume, low-latency applications is important.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in collaborative settings are needed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Nice to have knowledge includes experience with AWS cloud services, mobile development using React Native, containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and knowledge of non-relational databases and their use cases.
